Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Just click Buy Now on any product, enter your name, phone number, and (for physical products) your delivery address — that’s it.
How do I pay?
For physical products, you can pay Cash on Delivery, or online where available. Digital products must be paid for online, since there’s nothing to physically deliver.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we currently ship to anywhere in Bangladesh. Shipping is a flat ৳130, though select products ship free. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Digital Products
How do I receive a digital product after buying it?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on your order confirmation page. You can also get back to it anytime using the Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What if I want to return something?

How do I become a vendor?
Visit our Become a Vendor page to register your store. New vendor accounts are reviewed before they can start selling.
