Where we ship
We currently ship within Bangladesh only.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat ৳130 shipping fee on physical orders, anywhere in Bangladesh. Select products are marked with free shipping on their product page — those ship at no extra cost.
Digital products
Digital products are not shipped – they’re delivered instantly as a download link on your order confirmation page once payment is completed.
Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for physical products – pay in cash when your order arrives. Digital products must be paid for online, since there is nothing to physically deliver.
Marketplace vendors
Some products are shipped directly by BigBaa, others by independent vendors selling on our platform. Either way, your order is placed and tracked through BigBaa.
