This policy explains what information BigBaa (“we”, “us”) collects from visitors, customers and vendors of bigbaa.com, and how it is used.
Information we collect when you place an order
To place an order, we ask for your full name and phone number, and – for physical products that need to be delivered – your delivery address. We deliberately keep this to the minimum needed to fulfil your order; we do not require an email address or an account to buy something.
Digital products are delivered as a download from your order confirmation page after payment, so no address is collected for digital-only orders.
Payment information
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway provider; BigBaa does not store your card, bKash or Nagad PIN or password. Cash on Delivery orders are settled in person and are not processed by any payment gateway.
If you register an account or become a vendor
If you create a customer account, we store your login details and order history against that account. If you register as a vendor, we additionally collect your store name and the mobile wallet (bKash/Nagad) number you provide for receiving payouts.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working correctly while you browse – for example, to remember what’s in your cart. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.

- To pay vendors what they are owed for orders they fulfil

Who we share it with
We share order details with the vendor fulfilling your order (for physical products), our payment gateway provider (for online payments), and delivery partners (for physical products). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version always applies to your use of the site.
