1. About BigBaa
BigBaa (“we”, “us”) operates bigbaa.com, an online marketplace for physical and digital products in Bangladesh. Some products are sold directly by BigBaa; others are sold by independent third-party vendors using our platform.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Physical orders may be paid by Cash on Delivery or online payment where available; digital orders must be paid online. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of a pricing or stock error.
3. Vendors
Vendors selling through BigBaa are independent sellers, not employees or agents of BigBaa. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own product listings, and for fulfilling orders for products they sell. BigBaa facilitates the marketplace, payment collection, and vendor payouts.

6. Prohibited use

BigBaa is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigBaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
